Approximately 1/2 pound of pepperoncini peppers

2 garlic cloves

1 bay leaf

1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns

1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

1/4 teaspoon chili flakes

One pinch of celery seed

1 cup vinegar

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 tablespoon salt

1/2 cup water

步驟

Combine spices and divide evenly among 2 wide mouth mason jars. Wash and remove tops from okra. Add to jars. Bring water, vinegar, sugar and salt to a boil; then simmer for 3 minutes. Add brine to mason jars and cover with a lid. Let sit for at least 24 hours in refrigerator before eating.
