¾ C. Corn Syrup

1 C. Brown Sugar

¼ C. Unsalted Butter

2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

½ Tsp. Cinnamon

3 Large Eggs

1 ¼ C. Chopped Pecans

1 9Inch Unbaked Pie Dough

步驟

DIRECTIONS • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F.

• Pie Dough: On a lightly floured surface using a floured rolling pin, roll out the dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer rolled out pie crust into a pie dish and set in the fridge until ready to use.

Filling: Add the corn syrup, brown sugar and butter to a 口 medium saucepan over low heat. Melt together until the sugar is no longer grainy and the butter is melted, stirring occasionally. Remove pan from the heat and whisk in vanilla extract and cinnamon. In a separate bowl whisk eggs until frothy. Whisk 1 tosp. of the sugar mixture into the egg mixture. Whisk quickly while adding the rest of the brown sugar mixture into the eggs.

• Bake: Fill the bottom of the pie crust with pecans and th then pour the filling over the pecans. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the pie cool completely before serving.
