Bean Stew -

2 sticks celery

3 small carrots

1/4th diced onion (or 2 shallots)

1/2 squash

1 bunch kale

2 cups butter / white beans

4 cloves garlic

1/2 loaf sourdough bread

4 TBS Olive Oil

1 cup chicken stock

1 tbs paprika

步驟

Dice the carrot, celery and onion/shallot and squash into equal size pieces, cook down until soft - about 5-10 mins on med heat. Ad the chicken stock and paprika, cook for another 5 minutes. Remove half the mixture and blend until smooth, then ad it back together. At a healthy amount of gruyere and parmesan cheese. Mix in the chopped kale and ad sea salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste. Toast your bread with a little Oil and dig in!!!
