Chicken Cordon Bleu Stromboli

1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups cooked chicken breast (sliced or shredded)

6 slices deli ham

6 slices Swiss cheese

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)

1 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried parsley

1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 12×14 inches.

Assemble the Stromboli:

In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard and mayonnaise (if using). Spread this mixture evenly over the dough, leaving about 1 inch from the edges.

Layer Swiss cheese, ham, and cooked chicken evenly across the dough.

Fold in the sides of the dough and roll it tightly from one long edge to the other, sealing the seams and ends to form a log shape.

Add Toppings: Place the Stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder, dried parsley, and Parmesan cheese.

Bake: Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy. Let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing.

Serve: Slice into pieces and serve warm with a side salad or dipping sauce like honey mustard or marinara.
