I love seeing your recommendations and this strawberry version of my healthy Mango ice cream was indeed *mindblowing* like you said it would be!😋🥰 with the cottage cheese it ends up tasting just like a strawberry cheesecake filling!👌🏼🍰

All you need:
3 cups frozen organic strawberries (I get the huge bag from Costco!)
1 ½ cups full-fat cottage cheese (or plain greek yogurt would work too!)
1/3 cup maple syrup (or honey, or you can even use 1 very ripe frozen banana instead! Yum!)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Blend and enjoy just like that, soft-serve style, or if it’s too runny you can freeze for an hour or 2 then serve!😋 (If you freeze it overnight make sure to leave it out to thaw for a bit before serving!)
