Shuba Crepes Шуба

500g beets
3 potatoes
2 carrots
300g herring filet
3 eggs
1 yellow onion
Mayonnaise
Greek yogurt
1 c Flour
2 c milk
Dill
步驟
Boil and peel beets, potatoes, carrots and 2 of the 3 eggs.
Shred the beets, potatoes, and carrots separately. Finely dice the boiled eggs.
Peel and finely dice onion
Make 3 purple crepes with flour and egg, for a total of 2 to be used in the final dish.
Cut herring into cubes, remove bones if needed
Mix mayonnaise with yogurt into a sauce, salt and pepper to taste
Assemble layers in a strip in the center of the crepe. Alternate ingredients with mayonnaise sauce in following order:
Potato
Carrot
Herring
Onion
Beet
Egg
Fold crepe over on front and end.
Put mayo sauce in a piping bag with flower attachment
Cut crepes into medallions and pipe flowers onto each and garnish with dill
