Broccoli Fried Rice with Turmeric-tahini Sauce Revamps a Cla

Here’s what you need:
3 Tbsp. soy sauce or tamari
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
2 to 3 Tbsp. neutral oil
1 crown of broccoli
1 bunch scallions (green onion)
3 large eggs whisked
1/2 cup edamame
3 cups cooked long-grain white or brown rice
Optional garnish: toasted sesame seeds and a drizzle of chili oil or chili crisp
Turmeric-Tahini Sauce
2 Tbsp. tahini (I use @soomfoods)
1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. granulated sugar
3/4 tsp. ground turmeric
1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
1 tsp. grated or minced fresh ginger
