Taco Spaghetti

1 lb ground turkey or ground beef

1/2 yellow onion (diced)

1 packet taco seasoning

1 can rotel

2 cups beef broth

8oz spaghetti

2 cups shredded cheese (divided)

In a pan add the meat and onion. Once the meat is cooked through drain any grease.

Stir in the taco seasoning until the meat is evenly coated.

Add rotel and beef broth and stir. Bring to a boil.

Add spaghetti and cover with the liquid.

Bring to a boil then cover and drop the heat to low and let simmer for 12-15 mins.

Stir halfway through cooking time.

Once pasta is done stir in one cup of cheese then top with the additional cup.

Cover for 3 mins until cheese melts.

Serve and enjoy!
