High Protein Mini Pancake Bowl

237 ml egg whites

50g of blueberries and strawberries

15 ml sugar-free maple syrup

Dash of cinnamon

Flavour drops (I just used vanilla extract)

Whisk egg whites until firm, add flavour drops, cook in oven at 20-25 minutes at 180, then take out and top with your toppings and maple syrup.

This one was amazing and I will be having it everyday from here on out 😁
