Easy, made with only a few ingredients , these 3 healthier sweets are sure to become your faves!

Which are you making first????

Turtles’ stuffed date bark

25 medjool dates

Pits removed, flattened

1 cup creamy cashew butter

Toasted pecans (approx 2 cups) (to toast spread pecans on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes)

On a parchment lined baking sheet,place the dates as close to each other as possible, flattening them as you place them.

Top with another layer of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to flatten even more.

Gently remove the top layer of parchment.

Using an offset spatula spread an even layer of cashew butter.

Sprinkle pecans over cashew butter and press in.

To top:

1 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate (approx 300 grams)

1 tsp coconut oil

Melt together until smooth and spread evenly over pecan layer.

Sprinkle with maldon salt

Refrigerate to set.

Cut into squares and enjoy!

Cookie dough stuffed dates

10-12 medjool dates, pits removed, split in half

For cookie dough filling -

1/2 cup almond flour

1/2 cup oat flour

5-6 tbsp maple syrup

5 tbsp cashew butter

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1 tsp oat milk to thin, if necessary

Mix all together until smooth.

Add in 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips.

Stuff date halves with cookie dough filling.

Drizzle melted chocolate

Top with mini choc chips and flaky salt

Keep in fridge or freezer.
