When you get the #famjam together to make sfing you know it’s gonna be a good time.
Especially when my niece @velvetboxnj is in town and Abuela joins the party….
We had the best time making these, and an even better time eating them!
You know Abuela’s recipes are always the best….
You must make them!!

Abuelas sfing
3 cups Flour
1 3/4 cups Water
2 heaping tsp Yeast
3 tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp salt
步驟
In a mixer bowl using a paddle attachment, mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
The add water and mix until smooth.
Mix well until dough is smooth but is very loose and sticky.
Cover and let rise for an hour or until doubled.
Once dough has risen, it should have doubled and be full of bubbles on top.
Punch down and re knead with your hand for a minute.
Prepare a small bowl with water.
Heat your oil to 350 - 360 F
Once oil is ready with wet hands form a golf sized ball and poke a hole in the middle to make a ‘doughnut’ shape.
Slowly place in oil.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve warm with sugar.
