Garlic Parmesan Beef Spaghetti in Creamy Mozzarella Sauce

12 oz spaghetti
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion, and cook until the beef is browned and the onion is soft—about 6–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Sprinkle flour over the beef and stir well. Slowly pour in the beef broth, then add heavy cream, stirring constantly until smooth.
Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until the sauce is thick, creamy, and cheesy.
Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss everything together until fully coated and heated through.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
