Creamy Cottage Cheese Banana Pancake Bites – Fluffy & Protei

1 large egg
½ cup oat flour (or blended oats)
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 tbsp melted butter (for cooking)
