Broccoli Salad W/ Bbq Glazed Pecans

4 cups broccoli florets cut into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup red onion, sliced thin

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1 cup bbq glazed pecans (recipe follows)

Dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise

3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Bbq Glazed Pecans

1 cup pecans

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 tablespoon Bbq sauce

1 tsp. Bbq seasoning

步驟

Add pecans to a large skillet and toast for 3 minutes on low medium heat. Add maple syrup and bbq sauce and stir for 4-5 minutes until it thickens and glazes the pecans. Remove from heat and spread in a a single layer on parchment lined sheet tray. Season with bbq seasoning and allow to cool completely. Chop in small pieces. Set aside.

In a bowl. Whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup or honey, salt and pepper and set aside.�3️⃣ In a large bowl, add broccoli, onion, cranberries and chopped maple glazed pecans. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix until well combined.Serve and Devour!

Notes: Leftovers will last about 4-5 days in the fridge.�
