High-protein Cottage Cheese Donut Holes with Vanilla Glaze

1 cup cottage cheese

2 eggs

1 cup flour (or a 50/50 mix of flour and vanilla protein powder)

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp maple syrup

Vanilla Glaze

½ cup powdered sweetener of choice

1-2 tbsp milk

½ tsp vanilla extract

Optional Cinnamon Sugar Coating

2 tbsp coconut sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Blend cottage cheese until smooth.

Mix in eggs, vanilla, and maple syrup.

Stir in flour and baking powder until a thick dough forms.

Roll into small donut-hole sized balls.

Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes or bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes until golden.

Toss in cinnamon sugar if desired.

Drizzle with vanilla glaze and enjoy!
