  • dill

  • Mint

Greek salad

  • 4oz feta

  • 1 large tomato or cherry tomatoes

  • 1 cucumber

  • thinly sliced shallot or red onion

  • Kalamata olives

  • finely grated garlic

  • olive oil

  • Red wine or balsamic vinegar

  • thinly sliced apples

  • maybe pistachios or walnuts?
