Mediterranean Marinated Tomatoes

1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes (sliced in half)

1 clove of garlic (divided in half (see notes)

1 tbsp pomegranate molasses

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

salt and pepper to taste

In a mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients and give everything a toss until each tomato is coated in all the marinade.
