Tofu Teriyaki:

Baked tofu: 200g (7 oz) tofu, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tbsp corn starch, pinch of salt

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp cane sugar

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp ground ginger

Boiling water

Sticky Lemon Tofu:

Baked tofu: 200g (7 oz) tofu, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tbsp corn starch, pinch of salt

1/4 lemon’s juice

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tsp olive oil

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp cane sugar

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp corn starch

Boiling water

Tofu Peanut Satay:

Baked tofu: 200g (7 oz) tofu, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tbsp corn starch, pinch of salt

15g (1 tbsp) peanut butter

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp curry powder

1 tsp sugar

100ml (3 1/2 fl oz) canned coconut milk

Boiling water
