Lemon Bars

Crust
354g flour
152g confectioner's sugar
3 sticks butter softened
Filling
6 eggs
600g sugar
55g (6 tbsp) flour
1/2 cup lemon
lemon zest

Preheat oven to 375F. Make sling for a 9x13 pan, grease.
Combine flour, confectioner's sugar, and butter until a dough forms. Pat down on pan. Lower oven to 350F and bake 20 minutes or until slightly golden.
While baking, mix eggs, sugar, lemon juice and zest, and flour until frothy.
Pour over baked crust and return to the 350F oven. Bake another 20-25 minutes or until center is jiggly and the edges are firm.
Cool on rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
