Sweet Chilli Lime Garlic Butter Cod

For the Cod
1 lb cod fillets, cut into strips
4 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Sweet Chili Lime Sauce
¼ cup sweet chili sauce
Juice of 1 lime
Zest of 1 lime
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sriracha (optional, for heat)
How to Make It
1️⃣ Sauté the Garlic:

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant — this builds your golden garlic base.
Season the Cod:
Pat cod dry, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika. The dry surface helps it sear beautifully.
Cook the Cod:
Add cod strips to the pan. Cook 3–4 minutes per side until flaky and lightly golden. Remove and set aside.
Make the Sweet Chili Lime Glaze:
Whisk sweet chili sauce, lime juice, lime zest, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha until smooth.
Glaze & Serve:
Drizzle sauce over the warm garlic butter cod. Finish with fresh parsley and extra lime if you want a citrus kick.
