Chocolate Date Bark

24 – 30 whole pitted dates opened up like a book
1/3 cup warmed peanut butter
1/3 cup chopped almonds
4 oz semi sweet chocolate chips (2/3 cup)
Dash salt
步驟
Place 24 – 30 pitted whole dates opened on parchment paper on a baking sheet. In rows of 4 – 5 across and 6 rows down.
With a glass bowl sprayed with vegetable oil or with your hands press down on dates to flatten and keep dates close together.
Drizzle warm peanut butter over top and careful spread with a knife.
Sprinkle chopped almonds over top and then melted chocolate over top spreading with a knife. Add sprinkle of salt.
Freeze until hardened then cut into small pieces. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Enjoy!
