MAIN DISH Chili

• 份量: Double is largest pot

食材

– 2 1/2 pound ground beef

– 1 1/2 pound stew meat or steak

– 3 cans, dark kidney beans

– 3 cans (15 ounce) diced tomatoes

– 2 cans, tomato sauce… Soup can size

– 1 can tomato paste

– 3 1/2 cups water

– 5 minced garlic cloves

– 1 1/2 cup diced onions

– Salt, to taste

– 2 tablespoons chili powder

– 1 teaspoon cumin

– Garlic salt, to taste

– 1 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

– One bell pepper, seeded

– Four packets McCormick chili mix (3 regular and 1 spicy)

步驟

– Brown all meat

– Sauté all veggies in olive oil

- Combine all ingredients together and simmer for many hours. The longer the better.
