DGF Asian Sautéed Cabbage

1/2 of a green cabbage, sliced
1 sweet onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon unseasoned rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chili oil with crunchy bits
3 tablespoons avocado oil
2 green onions (green parts only), chopped for garnish
1 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish
步驟
In a large sauté pan, add the avocado oil. Add the sweet onion and sauté for 5-7 minutes until slightly golden. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté 1-2 more minutes.
Add the cabbage and give a good mix to coat the cabbage with the oil, onions, garlic and ginger. If needed, add a little more avocado oil. Cover and let sit on low heat for 5 minutes, mixing at the halfway point.
While the cabbage is sautéing, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili oil in a bowl and mix well. Add to the pan with the cabbage. Let this cook until the cabbage is slightly softened.
Before serving, plate and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
