Pork Chop Stuffing Bake

INGREDIENTS
• 1 ½-2 Ibs boneless pork chops (½-¾ inch thick) •
1 (6 oz) box stuffing mix •
1 ½ cups chicken broth •
1 (10.5 0z) can cream of mushroom soup •
½ cup sour cream

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Place pork chops in the bottom.
2. In a saucepan, bring broth and ¼ cup butter to a boil. Stir in stuffing mix, cover, and set aside.
3. Mix cream of mushroom soup and sour cream together. Spread over pork chops.
4. Fluff stuffing with a fork and spoon it over the top. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.
5. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes to crisp the stuffing. Pork should reach 145 F.
6. Serve with veggies.

Season pork on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
Broil uncovered dish to crisp up stuffing once pork reaches done temp (145)
