Noodle Soup In A Jar

These are so easy and so delicious. There are so many ways to make them your own, add whatever vegetables you like. I love them with cold roast chicken, but cooked prawns or tofu also works really well. Have fun with them!

To make 3
For the sauce:
4 tbsp peanut butter
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp chilli crisp (i like peanut rayu)
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
3 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 nests of glass noodles (vermicelli noodles or look for noodles that need to only be covered with boiling water to cook)
Veg of choice, I went with chopped mushrooms, shredded carrot, spring onions, parsley, fresh chilli, broccoli and beansprouts but use what you have!
3 tbsp kimchi
600g cooked shredded chicken
