Crispy Zucchini Rings with Creamy Dip

What you’ll need:

Zucchinis (for rings + dip centers)

Olive oil, breadcrumbs, cornstarch

Garlic powder, paprika, oregano, onion powder, black pepper, salt

Vegan parmesan

Lemon juice, tahini, vegan yogurt

Slice zucchinis into rings, coat with spices, parmesan, breadcrumbs & cornstarch. Bake or air fry until golden and crunchy.

Blend the zucchini centers with yogurt, tahini, lemon & seasonings for the perfect creamy dip 🤍
