1. SORT TO CORED, SEASONED BEEF AND CARMELIZED ONION TC THE MIDDLE, TOP WITH A LOW FAT CHEESE STICK.

2. TUCK IN THE TORTILLA EDGES AND ROLL. SPRAY THE WRAP WITH OIL SHALLOW FRY IN A SKILLET OR AIR FRY AT 400 DEGREES FOR 4 MINUTES EACH SIDE.
