Nutella No Bake Cheesecake

Base:
2 cups crushed hazelnuts
2/3 cup brown sugar
6 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cocoa
Filling:
1 cup 35% whipping cream (keep refrigerated until you’re about to use it)
1/3 cup sour cream
16 oz cream cheese
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
1/4 cup Nutella
1 tsp vanilla
Topping:
3/4 cup melted Nutella

In a bowl, combine crushed hazelnuts, butter, brown sugar and cocoa.
Press down into the bottom of a 9” spring form pan and refrigerate.
To make your cheese layer, in a bowl of a stand mixer (or with a hand held mixer), use the whisk attachment and whip whipping cream on medium until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In a blender or food processor, combine sour cream, cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar, Nutella and n vanilla. Fold this mixture into whipped cream until combined.
Spread cheese filling into crust and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to allow it to fully set.
Top with melted Nutella.
