Lamb And Barley W Dmannose UTI

• 1 pound lean ground lamb

2 cup cooked barley

1 cup carrots, chopped

1 cup green peas

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup salmon oil

2 cups broth

步驟

Cook the ground beef in a large pan until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

In a separate pot, cook the barley according to package instructions.

Add the carrots and green peas to the cooked barley and simmer until the vegetables are tender.

Stir in the cooked ground beef and apple cider vinegar.

Mix all ingredients above in a large bowl. Add coconut oil and salmon oil. Then pulse in a food processor

Once the mixture has cooled, sprinkle the D-Manno & wder over the food and mix well
