This Slow Cooker Beef Ragu with Pappardelle Is Rich, Tender

2 lb beef chuck roast

12 oz pappardelle pasta

1 small onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup crushed tomatoes

1 cup beef broth

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

步驟

Place beef, onion and garlic in the slow cooker

Add crushed tomatoes, beef broth and tomato paste

Season with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper

Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours

Shred the beef with forks and stir into the sauce

Cook pappardelle pasta until al dente

Add pasta to the slow cooker and toss with sauce

Serve hot with extra sauce on top
