  • Baby back or spare ribs

  • BBQ sauce

  • Paprika

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  1. Cut membrane off bottom of ribs.

  2. Marinate with salt, pepper, paprika, and bbq sauce at least overnight.

  3. Heat oven to 350F Wrap the ribs in foil

  4. Cook for 1 hour Baste with a layer of BBQ sauce and cover the ribs again

  5. Cook for 30 min

  6. Remove ribs from foil

  7. Cook for 30 min

  8. Turn on broiler and cook each side for 5-7 min
