8oz cream cheese (soften)
4 Tablespoons mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon whole grain mustard
1/4-1/2 cup Old Bay Hot Sauce (more if you want it spicer)
Old Bay Seasoning (Measure with your heart)
To taste:
salt
pepper
onion powder
paprika
roasted garlic seasoning or 1 bulb of roasted garlic
8oz hickory smoked cheddar cheese (hand shredded)
8oz Gruyere cheese (hand shredded)
juice of 1 lemon
8oz lump crab (or more depending on how crabby you like your dip)

Instructions
Combine Base Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
Add Flavoring: Stir in the whole grain mustard, Old Bay Hot Sauce, and all the dry seasonings (Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, roasted garlic seasoning).
Incorporate Cheese and Lemon: Add the shredded hickory smoked cheddar and Gruyère cheeses, along with the fresh lemon juice. Stir well to combine the mixture evenly.
Fold in Crab: Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break up the lumps.
Bake: Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish. Top with a little extra cheese and a final sprinkle of Old Bay seasoning.
Cook: Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 35 minutes, or until it is hot, bubbly, and golden brown on top.
Serve warm with pretzel bites, crackers, or pita chips.
