Wrap Quiche

1 regular medium tortilla wrap

40g baby spinach, chopped

3 medium eggs

45g feta, crumbled

Salt and pepper

步驟

Put the wrap into an oven proof dish and press it into the sides to form a bowl.

Add the spinach.

Crack in the eggs.

Sprinkle over the feta.

Season well.

Whisk everything together directly in the wrap.

Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C until set in the middle and lightly golden on the edges.

Slice and serve.

I saw this and thought it was too simple to be so good… but honestly the easy things are often the best.
