1 can garbanzo beans
2 tbsp tahini
2 cloves garlic
Cumin
Lemon juice
Water
Salt and pepper
步驟
Rinse garbanzo beans and optionally peel off skin
Place in container and add tahini, garlic, lemon, water and seasoning
Blend using handheld blender. Add water if needed
Garnish with olive oil and paprika and enjoy
