German Pancakes

1 cube butter

6 eggs

1 cup flour

1 cup milk

Add butter to a 9x13 pan Put it into the oven as the oven preheats to 400 degrees, and let the butter melt.

Meanwhile, add the remaining ingredients to the blender. Blend. Pull pan out of the oven, pour in the batter, (and if adding add-ins such as fruit or cheese, ham- this is the time to add it!)

Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes. It should be all puffy and tall when it comes out of the oven.
