here’s how to make the pasta salad 🌞🤍

Slice 1 pint grape tomaotes in half and set aside. Mince 3 garlic cloves. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Saute the garlic for 1-2 mins until softened. Add the grape tomatoes with a pinch of salt and cook, covered, for 4-5 mins. Once slightly blistered and burst, remove from heat.
Bring a pot of heavily salted water to a boil. Cook the ditalini pasta per boxed instructions.
While the pasta cooks, in a large bowl, prepare the spiced labneh sauce by combining 1/2 cup labneh, 1 teaspoon baharat seasoning, the zest and juice of 2 lemons, 2 minced garlic cloves, and a pinch of salt (adding more to taste if needed). Add more baharat seasoning if you want more of the warming spices. Trim the ends of 1 1/2 cup of snap peas then thinly slice each one lengthwise. Set aside for later.
Once pasta is cooked, drain and rinse with cold water. Add to bowl with the labneh sauce and toss to coat. If prepping for a BBQ, layer the sauted tomatoes, snap peas on top in quadrants. Add 1/4 cup chopped parsley and mint each and 1-2 cans of drained tuna. Garnish with a couple lemon wedges and aleppo pepper. Cover and then refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss when ready and serve.
