I wasn’t sure whether I fancied making a Jungle Bird or a Clover Club for today’s post, so ended up throwing elements of both together and creating this really nice cocktail.

The angostura spray on top makes such a difference, definitely worthwhile trying!

60ml Pineapple Rum

30ml Lime Juice

15ml Campari

15ml Raspberry Syrup

Egg White or Vegan alternative

Garnish w Angostura Bitters
