Miniature Cheesecakes

1 cup sugar

3 8-ounce packages cream cheese

3 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

Vanilla Wafers

Beat first four ingredients until smooth.

Add 1 Vanilla Wafer to the bottom of a muffin tin.

Add 1 Tbsp of mix.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.

Top with cool whip and filling.
