Big Mac deliciousness without the fast food calories/macros? I GOT YOU. Crunchy, cheesy, beefy, and packed with protein, this is your new go-to easy meal.
Macros for each Chalupa (makes 4):
270 Cals, 13g Carbs, 9g Fat, 36g Protein
Ingredients for Low Cal Big Mac Sauce:
170g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
113g 2% Cottage Cheese
65g Sugar Free Ketchup
25g Dijon Mustard
20g Pickle Juice (from jar)
4g Nutritional Yeast
2g Paprika
1g Sea Salt
1g Black Pepper
Rest of Ingredients (makes 1 Chalupa so just scale up if you want to make more):
1 Josephs Pita
4oz 96/4 Lean Ground Beef (weighed raw)
Pinch of Sea Salt/Garlic Powder
5g Yellow Mustard
14g 2% Colby Jack Cheese
1 ½ Slices Roma Tomato
4 Pieces of Red Onion
3 Pickle Slices
Tiny Handful of Lettuce
32g Homemade Big Mac Sauce
Video shows me making 4 chalupas but ingredients above make it easier to follow for just one chalupa.

Make the Sauce: Blend all sauce ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate.
Cook the Beef: Heat a pan to medium-high (7/10). Form 4oz beef patties, season with salt, garlic powder, and mustard (locks in juiciness).
Sear & Chop: Cook 3-4 min until a crust forms, flip, cook 1-2 min, then chop into small pieces.
Melt the Cheese: Divide beef into piles, top each with 14g Colby Jack, cover pan, and melt.
Assemble & Air Fry: Spread 32g Big Mac Sauce on pita, add beef. Fold, spray with cooking spray, place in air fryer (400°F for 3 min) with a ramekin on top to hold shut.
Finish & Serve: Open pita, add tomato, onion, pickles, lettuce, fold, and enjoy!
Pro Tip: Serve with extra Big Mac Sauce for dipping!
