The crispy rice salads and bowls have been such a hit—and once you try, you totally get the hype. In the summer, I love a good cold sesame noodle salad, and it got me thinking…how can I make this crispy like the crispy rice?

I give you…crispy ramen. It adds the perfect texture and totally gives sesame peanut noodles meets crunchy salad vibes (kind of like the taste of the chinese chicken salad at cpk…iykyk.) You have to try it!
