1 8th Tsp hot chilli powder (half tsp for spicy)
500g mince beef
1 Can chopped tomatoes
2 Tbsp tomato pure
300ml or 1.2 cups beef stock
1 Tsp marjoram
1 Tsp sugar or few pieces of chocolate
1 Can red kidney beans
