Ingredients (serves 2):

200g lean beef mince

Tsp garlic granules

Tsp onion granules

Salt

Pepper

150g frozen fries

2 light cheese singles

1/4 small diced onion

Shredded lettuce

2 flatbreads (I used ones from @asda)

2g sesame seeds

For the sauce:

60g lighter than light mayo

1 tsp mustard

1 pickle chopped

Tbsp pickle juice

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

15g light tomato sauce

2 tbsp water (adjust for the level of thickness you want the sauce)

Make the sauce with the ingredients listed and set to one side.

Start to cook your fries according to pack instructions.

Season the beef with the garlic granules, onion granules, salt and pepper. Roll into 4 equal sized patties. Squash down into thin patties using a spatula before pan frying for a couple of minutes on each side. Add the cheese slice on top for the last minute to melt.

Grab the flatbreads, top with the beef patties, the diced onion, shredded lettuce and the sauce.

Garnish with sesame seeds.
