Crock Pot Bang Bang Chicken And Rice

500g chicken (diced)
1tbs smoked paprika
1tbs garlic granules
1/2tbs oregano
1 onion (finely diced)
3 peppers
3tsp garlic purée or 3 cloves (finely grated)
2tbs sweet chilli sauce
1tbs sriracha
300ml chicken stock
120ml single cream - I used light elmlea
500g of cooked rice- I used microwave rice
80g cheese- I use a mix of cheddar, Red Leicester and mozzarella.
Bang bang sauce, chilli flakes and parsley to garnish (optional)

Fry off the chicken and the seasonings and cook for around 5 minutes or until browned. Add your onions into the same pan and cook until they’re soft, then add the garlic. Cook that for around 30 seconds before adding the sweet chilli, sriracha, stock and cream. Cook for a couple of minutes and then add in the cooked rice. Season to taste and sprinkle on the cheese, pop it under the grill until bubbling and golden. Garnish, Serve and enjoy.
