Let’s just get this out there. This is as much a template as it is a recipe. You can play with it. Vary the seasonings. Change the flour to corn starch to make it gluten free. Change or add to the seasonings to mimic different styles of fried chicken. Make it your own.

The method here is the key. And honestly, the method is so easy you should feel guilty you’re eating this good when there are people out there slaving away over a pot of hot oil eating undercooked disappointing chicken.

On top of that, aside from it being easy, there’s no oil, and barely any flour involved making thus the healthiest “fried” chicken you ever got your hands on. Put it this way, if I didn’t know it worked, I wouldn’t believe it myself.
