1/4 + 1/8 teaspoon turmeric powder
3/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
2 & 1/2 cups water

Nice for me, family not keen. Used Quinoa, yellow kitchre lentils and mixed Dhal. Use quantifies given, made way too much the first time
