Mango Chicken Wraps

250g chicken breast diced
1 tsp mild curry powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp mango chutney
1 tsp honey
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
2 flatbreads
½ tsp black sesame seeds
Optional – extra dollop of mango chutney
Salad:
¼ cucumber finely chopped
¼ red onion finely sliced
60g cherry tomatoes quartered
A few sprigs of fresh coriander chopped
1 tsp mango chutney
1 tsp lime juice
Garlic lemon sauce:
90g fat free Greek yoghurt
½ tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt

Method:
💞 Season the chicken with the curry powder, garam masala and garlic. Air fry at 180°C for 12 minutes. Alternatively, pan fry.
💞 Meanwhile, mix all of the salad ingredients in a bowl.
💞 Mix together the mango chutney, honey and rice wine vinegar, set to one side.
💞 Mix together the garlic lemon sauce and set to one side.
💞 When there is a few minutes remaining on the cooking time, brush over the mango chutney.
💞 Next, grill the flatbreads according to packet instructions.
💞 Spread over the garlic yoghurt sauce. Top with the chopped salad mix, followed by the mango chutney chicken chunks.
💞 Sprinkle over the black sesame seeds before serving.
