Spiced Glazed Salmon, Green Beans, Smash Potatoes

For the Salmon:
- 3 salmon fillets
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1.5 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp dried parsely
- 1.5 tsp kosher salt
- 1.5 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne or chili flakes
For Garlic Green Beans:
- 3 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 - 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- juice of 1 lemon
- zest of 1 lemon
For Smashed Potatoes:
- 1.5 lbs red potatoes, quartered, skin on
- 2/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup low-fat milk
- 2 tbsp light butter
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1.5 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp black pepper
