1 lb Shrimp
1/4 cup Celery
1/4 cup Onion
2 Lemons
1/8 cup Mayonnaise
1/8 cup melted butter, more for toasting rolls
1/2 tsp Old Bay
Salt and Pepper to taste
Dried Dill
Paprika
Chives
4 New England Style Buns

If using raw shrimp, to cook add very cold water to a pot, add shrimp, turn to high and cook until water almost comes to a boil. Shrimp will be bright pink.
Mix shrimp roll ingredients (use only lemon juice of 1/2 lemon and save remaining for garnish).
Refrigerate between 15 min to 2 hours.
Toast buns prior to serving and baste with melted butter.
Sprinkle with dill, paprika and chopped chives. Serve with lemon wedge.
