CHICKEN THIGH MARINADE
6 Chicken Thighs
3/4 cup greek yogurt
1 whole lemons zest
3 cloves garlic
Olive Oil
Seasonings: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Whole Foods 365 Peruvian Seasoning, Cumin, Cayenne, Paprika, Red Pepper Flakes, White Pepper, Salt & Pepper.
LET CHICKEN MARINADE FOR ATLEAST 30 MIN

BAKE AT 425 UNTIL 165 INTERNAL TEMP OR ABOVE (I do mine above for extra tenderness)
PITA
1 Cup Bread Flour (please add more if dough is too sticky should be smooth) + As needed for surface
1 Cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
3 tsp baking powder
Seasonings: Garlic Powder & Salt (Parsley for topping)
COOKING PITA
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Flour surface and kneed until smooth (add flour when necessary)
Split into 4 equal balls and roll out dough
Cook on medium heat until golden brown and flip when it starts to bubble (feel free to add parsley)
WRAP SAUCE
1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Mayo
1/2 Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1-2 cloves garlic
Seasonings: Fresh Cilantro, Onion Powder, Salt, Pepper
ADDED TOPPINGS TO WRAP
TOMATOES
CUCUMBER
SAUCE
