10 roma tomatoes
1 sweet onion
1 bulb garlic
1 sprinkle of olive oil
1 small can tomato paste
1 liter chicken stock
salt
fresh basil
heavy whipping cream

Slice ten Roma tomatoes in half and put them in an oven tray.
Roughly chop 3/4 sweet onion.
Grab a bulb of garlic, cut the top off and add it to the tomatoes and onions.
Pour olive oil over the tomatoes, onions, and garlic.
Put the tray in the oven at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.
In a separate pot, sauté the last 1/4 roughly chopped sweet onion.
Add a small can of tomato paste and cook on medium heat for ten minutes.
Deglaze with about a liter of chicken stock.
Take the garlic out of the oven tray and dump all of your tomatoes and onions into the pot.
Squeeze all of the bulbs into the broth.
Cook this on high heat for ten minutes.
Add salt and fresh basil.
Blend it.
Add a touch of heavy whipping cream to taste.
